You will build line-of-business performance frameworks, deliver advanced actuarial insights on claims development and reserving, and partner closely with Underwriting and Actuarial to transform forecasting and planning.

Work hybrid from Schaumburg / Chicago with cross-border actuarial partnerships
Senior role requiring 7+ years in Accounting/Finance and strong actuarial understanding

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Business performance management and financial planning
Portfolio performance analysis and claims development
Reserving and P&L analysis
Forecasting and planning process transformations
LoB or product-level reporting implementation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s) or 9 years with HS diploma
Solid actuarial background with strong insurance P&L understanding
Proven experience in business performance management or financial planning
Experience leading forecasting/planning or performance reporting transformations
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
