Senior P&C-focused business performance lead at Zurich North America based in Schaumburg, IL (hybrid). You will build line-of-business performance frameworks, deliver advanced actuarial insights on claims development and reserving, and partner closely with Underwriting and Actuarial to transform forecasting and planning.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead LoB performance management and deliver actuarial insights on reserving and claims
- Partner with Underwriting and Actuarial; attend UW leadership meetings
- Drive forecasting, planning and process automation across PPM
- Work hybrid from Schaumburg / Chicago with cross-border actuarial partnerships
- Senior role requiring 7+ years in Accounting/Finance and strong actuarial understanding
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Business performance management and financial planning
- Portfolio performance analysis and claims development
- Reserving and P&L analysis
- Forecasting and planning process transformations
- LoB or product-level reporting implementation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s) or 9 years with HS diploma
- Solid actuarial background with strong insurance P&L understanding
- Proven experience in business performance management or financial planning
- Experience leading forecasting/planning or performance reporting transformations
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
