Closer to a reserving cycle role than a modelling-heavy position because the defined adequacy study and opinion letter matter more than building a new model.

Senior US P&C casualty reserving consulting engagement focused on reserve adequacy for construction wrap-up insurance programs. You will assess CCIP/OCIP claims and reserve assumptions, run stochastic P50/P70/P80 scenarios, and deliver an actuarial report and opinion letter. The remote engagement lasts 4–6 weeks and requires FCAS with 10+ years of casualty reserving experience.

Requirements

Must have

  • FCAS (Fellow, Casualty Actuarial Society) — mandatory
  • 10+ years of P&C casualty reserving experience
  • Experience with CCIP/OCIP/wrap-up reserve adequacy studies
  • Experience with stochastic reserving and percentile-based scenarios
  • US-based and qualified to issue opinion letter in applicable jurisdiction
  • Available for 4-6 week consulting engagement
