JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial and analytics strategy for excess and specialty liability products
- Develop and execute pricing models and predictive portfolio tools
- Design and lead portfolio reviews with Underwriting, Claims and Finance
- Shape reinsurance buying strategy and represent the OU to the reinsurance market
- Senior executive role in Glen Allen, VA; BA/BS required; 10+ years experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Liability products including CGL, excess, environmental, energy, and professional lines
- Experience with filing products and working with state insurance regulators
- Developing and executing pricing models and predictive portfolio monitoring tools
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years of actuarial experience
- 5+ years experience within liability products (CGL, excess, environmental, energy, professional)
- BA/BS degree required
- Experience with product filings and working with state regulators
