Executive P&C actuarial leadership role (Chief Actuary) at Berkley North Pacific in Meridian, ID. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing, reserving and advanced analytics for a P&C operating unit
- C-suite role reporting to the BNP President; lead a small actuarial team
- Drive ratemaking, reserve estimates and stochastic simulation work
- Hybrid schedule — 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Meridian, ID)
- Required: FCAS and proven actuarial leadership experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) required
- Proven success managing and developing actuarial teams
- Experience leading pricing, ratemaking and reserve setting
- Proficiency with SAS, R, Python and basic SQL
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
