Executive actuarial leadership role for Corebridge Financial's Individual Retirement line. You will oversee actuarial activities including experience studies, assumption-setting, valuation, ALM and pricing oversight, reporting to the Chief Actuary. Senior role based in Jersey City, NJ (hybrid) with responsibility across valuation, forecasting, capital and in-force management.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Executive lead for actuarial functions across Individual Retirement
- Oversee experience studies, assumption-setting, valuation and ALM
- Provide pricing oversight, VNB methodology and capital management input
- Reports to the Chief Actuary and partners with IR CFO and CEO
- Hybrid role based in Corebridge hub offices (Jersey City, NJ) with remote considered
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- individual retirement valuation

- pricing oversight and rate setting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of progressively responsible actuarial experience
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Member, American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)
- Undergraduate degree required
- Broad cross-functional experience in valuation, ALM, capital and experience studies
- Proven senior leadership and ability to work with executive stakeholders
