High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
Proactive approach to work, displaying creativity and flexibility
Commitment to continuous improvement
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment
Ability to sit/stand at workstation using computer and phone for 3+ hours
Ability to travel across Health Plan service region for meetings/training
