JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead loss cost development and ratemaking for commercial lines
- Supervise actuarial deliverables including ISO loss cost filings
- Partner with data, product, and tech to build BI dashboards
- Mentor and develop analysts across the US and Poland
- Flexible hybrid role based at Jersey City, NJ headquarters
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C commercial lines pricing
- ISO loss cost filings and ratemaking
- Actuarial data management with ISO/Verisk familiarity
- Experience review analyses and loss cost development
- Mentoring and developing actuarial analysts
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of P&C insurance experience focused on commercial lines
- Successful completion of 3+ CAS exams
- Proficiency with SQL and R or Python
- Experience preparing ISO loss cost filings and experience reviews
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor staff
