Role Summary

Senior retirement actuarial consultant in Fidelity's Workplace Consulting Group in Greenwood Village, CO. Lead annual pension valuations, advise CFOs/HR on retirement and benefit programs, and manage client engagements including plan terminations and M&A work. Requires 5+ years pension/benefit consulting experience and an ASA, FSA, or Enrolled Actuary credential.

Key Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of pension and/or benefit consulting firm experience
  • Must have ASA, FSA, or Enrolled Actuary (EA) credential
  • Knowledgeable in ERISA/PPA/IRS/DOL/PBGC/FAS regulatory and accounting rules
  • Proven client leadership and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship
