  • Manage client budgets, RFP responses, and new business meetings
  • Train and develop associates and analysts on the consulting team
  • Hybrid role — Fidelity expects onsite work every other week

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Pension and benefit consulting experience
  • Benefit program design and regulatory/accounting knowledge (ERISA/PPA/IRS/DOL/PBGC/FAS)
  • Leading annual pension valuations and plan terminations
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions, compliance, and plan design
  • Client-facing consulting and relationship management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–10+ years of pension and/or benefit consulting firm experience
  • Must have ASA, FSA, or Enrolled Actuary (EA) credential
  • Knowledgeable in ERISA/PPA/IRS/DOL/PBGC/FAS regulatory and accounting rules
  • Proven client leadership and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship
