JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead asset modeling in Moody's AXIS and/or MG-ALFA for valuation and AAT
  • Implement complex asset types, reinvestment strategies, and cash flow behaviors
  • Use Python, R, MATLAB or SQL for quantitative analysis; Excel required
  • Senior individual contributor role (mentor/train associates); hybrid or remote
  • Preferred ASA and ~7+ years' relevant asset modeling experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Asset modeling in Moody's AXIS or MG-ALFA
  • Implementation of complex asset types and reinvestment strategies
  • Asset adequacy testing and ALM
  • Financial risk modeling and portfolio risk assessment

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Moody's AXIS and/or MG-ALFA asset modeling experience
  • 7+ years of financial risk or asset modeling / actuarial experience
  • Proficiency in a quantitative programming language (Python, R, MATLAB, SQL)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Eligible to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa
