DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Medicare program actuarial experience (MA or ACO work)
Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and ACO advisory
Risk adjustment strategy and total cost of care analysis
Client-facing consulting and project leadership

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field
7+ years of full-time actuarial experience primarily with Medicare programs
FSA designation with the Society of Actuaries required
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor actuarial staff
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
