JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead end-to-end LTC product innovation from concept through launch
- Translate actuarial pricing, experience studies, and assumptions into product design
- Drive regulatory filings and liaise with Governmental Affairs
- Senior VP role based in Austin, TX (hybrid – 3 days/week) with remote option
- Discretionary bonus eligible; salary range $119,000–$170,000
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Long-Term Care product development
- Life or annuity product development
- Regulatory filings experience
- Pricing and product design
- Linked-benefit or hybrid LTC product exposure
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Actuarial background required (ASA or FSA strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated LTC, life, or annuity product development experience
- Proven cross-functional project leadership in a matrixed organization
- Ability to read and challenge pricing memos, experience studies, and sensitivity testing
- FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting required
