JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead end-to-end LTC product innovation from concept through launch
  • Translate actuarial pricing, experience studies, and assumptions into product design
  • Drive regulatory filings and liaise with Governmental Affairs
  • Senior VP role based in Austin, TX (hybrid – 3 days/week) with remote option
  • Discretionary bonus eligible; salary range $119,000–$170,000

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Long-Term Care product development
  • Life or annuity product development
  • Regulatory filings experience
  • Pricing and product design
  • Linked-benefit or hybrid LTC product exposure

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Actuarial background required (ASA or FSA strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated LTC, life, or annuity product development experience
  • Proven cross-functional project leadership in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to read and challenge pricing memos, experience studies, and sensitivity testing
  • FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting required
