JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead data analysis and customized models for multi-national group benefits accounts
- Present financial projections and funding recommendations to client executives
- Advise on funding methodologies including fully insured and self-insured stop-loss
- Own an assigned book of business and act as the analytics SME in RFPs
- Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts; manage large projects end-to-end

- Group benefits analytics and consulting
- Gathering and manipulating claims and enrollment data
- Delivering client-facing financial projections and recommendations
- Analytical research and benchmarking for plan performance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, math, economics, or statistics
- Ten or more years of related data/analytics experience
- Prior experience in a group benefits environment required
- Proven experience gathering, manipulating, and deciphering claims/data
- Experience delivering analytical findings and client-facing presentations
