JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead data analysis and custom financial models for multi-national group benefits accounts
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to clients and internal leaders
- Advise on funding methodologies including fully insured, self-insured, and stop-loss
- Own an assigned book of business and manage large projects end-to-end
- Mentor and coach Analysts and Senior Analysts within the Data Analytics team

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, math, statistics, or related field

- Prior experience gathering, manipulating, and delivering analytical findings required
