Associate-level Health actuarial role supporting pricing and plan design for ACA individual and small group markets in New York City. You will maintain pricing and plan design models, lead regulatory filings, and partner with Market P&L and product teams. Hybrid role based in NYC (3 days/week in office).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Maintain pricing and plan design models for ACA individual and small group markets
- Lead development and submission of regulatory filings
- Partner with Market P&L, Insurance Product, and cross-functional teams
- Hybrid role — 3 days/week in New York City office (Thursdays required)
- Associate-level actuary (ASA/FSA or on-track) with 4+ years quantitative experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- ACA individual and small group pricing
- Pricing and plan design modeling
- Regulatory filing development and submission
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in a STEM field (required)
- Associate or Fellow of the SOA, or on track to become one (ASA/FSA or exam-track)
- 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
