JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Product owner for life and annuity products within Life Actuarial & Reinsurance
  • Write and prioritize user stories, maintain Agile team backlogs
  • Work cross-functionally with developers, actuaries, UX and change partners
  • Onsite 4 days/week at one of USAA's campuses (Plano, San Antonio, Phoenix, Charlotte, Tampa)
  • Mid-level role requiring ~4 years related experience in delivery or analysis

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Process improvement and project delivery
  • Business and requirements analysis
  • Experience writing user stories and supporting Agile teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis
  • Ability to be in the office 4 days per week at listed campuses
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, applicable databases, and project management tools
