JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Product owner for life and annuity products within Life Actuarial & Reinsurance
- Write and prioritize user stories, maintain Agile team backlogs
- Work cross-functionally with developers, actuaries, UX and change partners
- Onsite 4 days/week at one of USAA's campuses (Plano, San Antonio, Phoenix, Charlotte, Tampa)
- Mid-level role requiring ~4 years related experience in delivery or analysis
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Process improvement and project delivery
- Business and requirements analysis
- Experience writing user stories and supporting Agile teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis
- Ability to be in the office 4 days per week at listed campuses
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, applicable databases, and project management tools
