JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing strategy for Group and Supplemental Benefits (group life, disability, voluntary/worksite)
  • Own pricing assumptions, methodologies, governance, and rate filings
  • Develop and govern actuarial pricing models and advanced analytics
  • Manage and mentor an actuarial pricing team
  • Remote Director role partnering with Product, Underwriting, Finance, and Claims

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Group and Supplemental Benefits pricing
  • Rate filing and regulatory processes for group products
  • Development and governance of actuarial pricing models

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation required
  • 6+ years of actuarial experience with significant Group/Supplemental Benefits pricing
  • Proven experience with rate filings and regulatory compliance for group products
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring actuarial staff
