Director-level health actuarial role supporting value-based care across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial lines. You will lead pricing, forecasting, reserving and financial analysis, manage an actuarial team, and present results to clients and internal stakeholders. Hybrid-remote within the United States, reporting to the VP, Actuarial.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead actuarial pricing, forecasting and reserving for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial programs
- Manage and develop an actuarial team responsible for regional forecasting and client management
- Underwrite new business, build financial pro formas and support contracting
- Use Advanced Excel and SQL; Power BI experience preferred
- Hybrid-remote US role; must be able to travel and be onsite as needed

- IBNR/claims reserving
- financial forecasting and budgeting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or FSA designation through the SOA required
- 8+ years' experience in the healthcare industry
- 6+ years in pricing, forecasting, IBNR/reserving or total cost of care analysis
- 3+ years leading an actuarial team
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills
