The Role
- Serve as SME, attending client meetings with senior sellers to both sell work and gather market intelligence on needs surrounding analytics.
- Determine what type of intellectual capital related to analytics is needed, potentially including consulting offerings, data products, or technology.
- Expand use cases for WTW technology in the life analytics life space; further develop current use cases.
- Train WTW staff so they are ready to support analytics projects.
- Lead parts of large projects or whole small projects to meet client engagement objectives
- Work collaboratively with others on a project team
- Review peer work product as a quality control measure
- Lead client correspondence in both written and verbal format
- Lead meetings and interactions with clients, managing expections and raise appropriate issues to Client Relationship Managers
- Support revenue generation for the firm by meeting billable hour expectations and generating new business as part of the broader client relationship management team
- Complete CE requirements to maintain SOA credentials
