JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead actuarial modeling and forecasting for value-based care programs
  • Develop and maintain ADT-based claims projection and seasonality models
  • Own reinsurance analytics, treaty interpretation, and ceded claims estimates
  • Deliver executive reporting with narratives, variance drivers, and strategy
  • Use Excel and SQL/Databricks to operationalize forecasts and analyses

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Value-based healthcare economics
  • Healthcare claims and utilization analysis
  • Projection and forecasting of claims
  • Reinsurance analytics and treaty interpretation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 8 years of healthcare actuarial experience
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) required
  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related field
  • Experience with value-based healthcare economics and arrangements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for building actuarial models
