HIGHLIGHTS

Lead enterprise medical expense forecasting and trend work for at-risk Home & Community senior populations (DSNP/ISNP/CSNP), own methodologies and executive reporting, and manage a high-performing actuarial team. Own actuarial methodologies, assumptions, and executive-level forecast reporting
Manage and mentor a high-performing actuarial analytics team
Build forecasting frameworks from inception through automation using R, SAS, SQL, Python

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Medical expense forecasting for at-risk populations
Trend development and risk assessment in payer or provider settings
Presenting analytic findings to senior leadership

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Credentialed Actuary: ASA or FSA required
8+ years of healthcare actuarial experience
3+ years of people and/or project management experience
Significant experience in medical expense forecasting and trend development
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with R, SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, VBA
