JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead design and execution of quarterly medical expense forecasting (TFM) for Optum Health
- Develop standardized trend methodologies and reporting across business segments
- Work with large healthcare claims data and build actuarial forecasting models
- Remote role (U.S.) with Eden Prairie, MN preference; local hires may be onsite
- Director-level role requiring ASA or FSA and 8+ years healthcare actuarial experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics or related field

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAS, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, VBA
- Proven communication skills to present technical results to senior leadership
