You will lead actuarial strategy, benefit trend projections and network optimization, deliver analytics to clients and influence senior leadership. Remote within the U.S. with Minneapolis/DC hires required to be in-office at least four days/week.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Provide actuarial direction for public sector and large group ASO (UMR) accounts
- Lead benefit strategy, trend projections and network optimization analyses
- Build relationships with client actuarial teams and external consulting partners
- Present complex actuarial concepts to internal and external audiences
- Remote role (U.S.) with local Minneapolis/DC hires required 4 days/week in office
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial experience (8+ years)
- Experience with medical and dental benefits
- Experience with large group ASO or public sector accounts
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of actuarial, consulting, finance, or analytical experience
- Experience working directly with medical and dental benefits
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and intermediate PowerPoint
- Ability to manage large projects and complex work streams
