Director & Actuary role on the Workers' Compensation pricing actuarial team at The Hartford. You'll lead development of pricing methodologies and tools, collaborate with product, underwriting, data science, and IT across small business and middle/large commercial segments. FCAS preferred but not required; 5+ years of actuarial experience needed. Hybrid work option in Hartford, Chicago, or Charlotte, with remote possible for non-local candidates. Base pay range $136k-$204k.
