Director-level P&C pricing and profitability role in Arch’s Programs Insurance Business Unit in New York, NY. You’ll lead actuaries, evaluate portfolio profitability, price large accounts, improve pricing methodologies, build tools, and partner with underwriting and strategic analytics teams.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

ACAS or FCAS designation (or similarly qualified professional)
6+ years of relevant actuarial experience
Demonstrated ability in actuarial and quantitative analysis and statistical concepts
In-depth understanding of underwriting, products, reinsurance, claims, and financials
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, VBA
Thought leader and innovator with strength as a teacher, manager, and peer leader
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
