Job Summary

This position will act as a singular Actuary for Health Benefits and will support multiple teams throughout the organization. As the owner of this function this person will have leadership responsibilities and will work with Sr. Leadership on a regular basis.

Responsibilities include monitor trends and performance around medical and pharmacy claims with an eye towards identifying opportunities to positively impact company results through vendor solutions or internal practices. Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and implement new internal and vended solutions to ensure effectiveness and value of those solutions. Represent the company in reviewing and helping to manage vendor relationships. Support company in connection client and broker meetings and presentations.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree

* ASA certification with MAAA credential
* 10 or more years of experience in actuarial field
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite and SAS
* Strong communication skills with internal and external parties

Preferred Requirements:

* Experience with self funded medical & prescription drug programs
* FSA certification

Position will be a remote position.
