Director-level P&C pricing role focused on Personal Insurance (auto and home) based in Hartford, CT with hybrid work. Lead a team of 5–7 analysts to modernize pricing, data architecture and AI-enabled analytical tools across a ~$4B personal lines portfolio. Responsible for rate review, filings, product enhancements, and driving profit, growth and retention.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing analytics for Personal Auto and Home across a ~$4B nationwide portfolio
- Manage and develop a team of 5–7 analysts
- Drive state-specific class plan enhancements, rate review and filings
- Modernize pricing data architecture and embed AI into pricing workflows
- Hybrid role with expectation of 3 days/week in hub offices (Tue–Thu)
