Director-level P&C pricing role leading Personal Insurance Pricing Analytics for personal auto and home. You’ll manage a team (5–7), own pricing strategy, state class plan enhancements, rate filings and drive modernization including AI and cloud platform work. Hybrid role with hub offices in Hartford, CT (also Tampa FL and Columbus OH) and remote considered for non-local candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing strategy and state-specific class plan enhancements for personal auto and home
- Manage and develop a team of 5–7 pricing analysts
- Own rate review, filings, and portfolio profitability for a ~$4B personal lines book
- Drive modernization of pricing data architecture and embed AI into workflows
- Hybrid role: expected in-office Tue–Thu at Hartford, Tampa, or Columbus; remote considered

- Track record of challenging processes and driving continuous improvement
