JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead pricing strategy and state-specific class plan enhancements for personal auto and home
  • Manage and develop a team of 5–7 pricing analysts
  • Own rate review, filings, and portfolio profitability for a ~$4B personal lines book
  • Drive modernization of pricing data architecture and embed AI into workflows
  • Hybrid role: expected in-office Tue–Thu at Hartford, Tampa, or Columbus; remote considered

  • Track record of challenging processes and driving continuous improvement
