  • Personal lines pricing (auto and homeowners)
  • Ratemaking and rate filing experience
  • P&C insurance analytics
  • Leading analytics or actuarial teams

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of P&C insurance experience
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Fundamental understanding of ratemaking and pricing
  • Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills
