Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Director-level life actuary focused on annuity and reinsurance pricing. You will lead rate-setting and reinsurance pricing for flow annuity products, build MG-ALFA pricing models, and advise on hedging and embedded derivatives. Senior role reporting to the Chief Product Officer based in West Des Moines, IA (onsite options in Houston or New York also noted).

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

KEY REQUIREMENTS

FSA or ASA designation with 7+ years progressive annuity pricing experience
Deep knowledge of risk-neutral pricing, hedging and stochastic modeling
Hands-on experience with annuity pricing software (MG ALFA/AXIS) or strong coding
Experience in rate setting and reinsurance pricing for annuity products
Ability to manage and mentor actuarial staff
