JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead ERM and actuarial model/assumption governance for corporate actuarial
  • Manage and provide technical oversight to a team of credentialed actuaries
  • Support product development, pricing and valuation across life and annuities
  • Prepare reports and present to Chief Actuary, CRO, and CFO
  • Remote role with occasional travel; Director-level position requiring 10+ years

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Actuarial modeling
  • M&A experience
  • LDTI and accounting experience
  • Asset adequacy testing and valuation
  • Product knowledge across life, annuities, retirement, and disability

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of actuarial or insurance experience
  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) strongly preferred
  • Experience with actuarial modeling, LDTI, asset adequacy testing and valuation
  • Proven leadership of actuarial teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to present to senior executives (Chief Actuary/CRO/CFO)
