- Manage FABN, FACP, and FHLB funding programs and primary issuance
- Head investor and bank relations with in-person marketing internationally
- Oversee team operations, cash management, and weekly pricing/projections
- Hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI; Director level with direct reports
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Fixed income and derivatives experience
- Asset-liability management and ALM modeling
- FABN, FACP, and FHLB funding program experience
- Life insurer statutory financials and risk-based capital
- Investor and bank relations for debt issuance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Professional designation required (CFA, ASA, FSA, or CPA)
- Multiple years of relevant fixed-income and ALM experience
- Deep understanding of fixed income, derivatives, ALM, and risk metrics
- Familiarity with life insurer statutory financials and RBC
- Experience managing funding programs (FABN/FACP/FHLB) preferred
