JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own and enhance the company's ERM framework aligned to COSO and NAIC ORSA guidance
- Lead ORSA, scenario analysis, stress testing and report to Board and Audit Committee
- Oversee catastrophe risk governance and partner on reinsurance program adequacy
- Work closely with Actuarial, Underwriting, Technology, and regulators in Florida
- Director-level role requiring 10+ years in insurance risk and public/regulated environment
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Homeowner's insurance and catastrophe risk
- Florida insurance regulation and ORSA program oversight
- P&C product pricing and underwriting knowledge
- Reinsurance program structure and adequacy
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of insurance risk management, actuarial, finance, or related experience
- Experience operating in a publicly traded or highly regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of Florida insurance regulation and ORSA requirements
- Deep understanding of homeowners insurance, catastrophe risk, and reinsurance
- Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
