JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own and enhance the enterprise ERM framework aligned to COSO and NAIC/ORSA guidance
- Lead the ORSA program, scenario analysis, and capital/stress testing
- Prepare and present risk reports and KRIs to Executive leadership, Audit Committee, and Board
- Oversee catastrophe risk governance and partner on reinsurance adequacy
- Based in Tampa, FL; director-level role requiring 10+ years insurance risk experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in insurance risk management, actuarial, finance, or related discipline
- Experience in a publicly traded or highly regulated environment required
- Deep understanding of homeowners insurance, catastrophe risk, and reinsurance
- Strong knowledge of Florida insurance regulation and ORSA requirements
