Sophomore Actuarial Career Discovery Mentor Program. A virtual, multi-month mentorship connecting students with actuarial professionals at Aon across Health, Wealth, Risk, or Reinsurance. Participants get exposure to consulting, practice real-world scenarios, and are fast-tracked to Summer 2028 Actuarial Intern final-round interviews. Designed for current sophomores with a GPA of 3.0 or above graduating between December 2028 and June 2029.
