Aon's Early Careers Actuarial Specialist program (Launch) offers recent graduates the chance to start their career in actuarial consulting across retirement, health, property & casualty risk, and reinsurance paths. The hybrid role provides exposure to pension valuations, health plan pricing, loss forecasting, and reinsurance analysis. Ideal candidates have a degree in actuarial science or statistics and have passed at least one actuarial exam.
