HIGHLIGHTS

This is an early career actuarial program at Aon with four tracks: Retirement Consulting (SOA), Health & Benefits (SOA), Risk Consulting (CAS), and Reinsurance (CAS). You'll work on pension valuations, health plan analysis, P&C risk forecasting, or reinsurance analysis in a hybrid environment across US offices. Requires graduation between Spring 2025-2026, GPA 3.0+, and a degree in actuarial science or related field. No visa sponsorship.
