HIGHLIGHTS

Early careers actuarial role at Aon, part of the Launch program, with four tracks: Retirement Consulting, Health and Benefits, Risk Consulting, and Reinsurance. Candidates choose a track and work on pension valuations, health plan analysis, P&C risk quantification, or reinsurance pricing. Requires graduation between Spring 2025-2026, GPA 3.0+, and a concentration in actuarial science or related field. Hybrid work environment across US offices. No visa sponsorship available.
