Paid 10-week Retirement actuarial internship in Aon's Dallas, Texas office, focused on pension and retiree health plans. You'll support valuation, stochastic and deterministic projections, asset-liability analysis, benefit design, and client reporting in a consulting environment. The program is aimed at rising college seniors, with one actuarial exam preferred and pay of $25-$35 per hour.

Requirements

Must have

  • Rising senior graduating Dec 2027 – Jun 2028
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship

Strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Teamwork and independent work capability
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Adaptability and quick learning
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities

Nice to have

  • At least one actuarial exam passed
