JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Manage a caseload of small-market DB, Cash Balance, and DB/DC combo plans
Prepare, review, and certify actuarial valuations and client deliverables
Support ASC 715/960, PBGC filings, Form 5500s and IRS determination work
Act as subject-matter expert and provide technical training to staff
Strong Excel and pension valuation software expertise required

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Defined benefit pension plan valuations
Cash balance plan administration and design
DB/DC combo plan experience
ASC 715/960 accounting experience
PBGC forms, Form 5500s, and IRS determination filings

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Enrolled Actuary designation and 5 years' industry experience
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, or related field
Advanced understanding of pension law and plan documents
Experience with ASC 715/960, PBGC forms, and Form 5500s
Proven Excel skills and industry pension valuation software experience
