We are an independent TPA providing actuarial services and administration for qualified retirement plans. From our beginning in the early 90’s, we have maintained our core values of Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Knowledge, and Teamwork. Our approach toward clients is to actively listen and deliver custom solutions to their changing needs. We pride ourselves on long lasting relationships with clients and other service providers with whom we work. Each staff member is involved in the overall process of administration and valued for their contributions.
We are looking for a candidate willing and able to evolve into partner status within the company. We are independently owned and working to maintain this position.
Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 depending on years of experience and held actuarial designations.

- Data & Asset Reconciliation
- Funding valuations – Minimum Required Contribution, Maximum Tax Deductible Contribution
- Non-discrimination testing (combined plan testing) – 410(b), 401(a)(26), 401(a)(4)
- Review combined plan deduction limits if applicable
- Top Heavy determinations
- Process necessary reports (valuation, testing, etc.)
- Certify valuation and AFTAP (if applicable)
Process/Review defined contribution valuations
- Data & Asset Reconciliation
- Valuation

- PBGC - annual premium filing, reportable event Form 10
- AFTAP restriction participant notices
- Suspension of Benefit Notices
- ERISA 204(h)
Plan Terminations
Review applicable plan amendments for plan termination process
PBGC Standard Termination
- Complete/review Form 500, Form REP-S, Form EA-S, Form 501, Form MP-100 and schedules
- Review Notice of Intent to Terminate, Notice of Plan Benefits
- Review ERISA 204(h) notice if applicable
- Complete Review distribution election forms
Non-PBGC Termination
- Review ERISA 204(h) notice if applicable
- Complete/review participant distributions and election forms
