Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Enterprise Data Analyst (or Senior) at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota supporting enterprise stakeholders including Actuary, Underwriting, Finance and Sales. You’ll build ETL solutions, develop Power BI dashboards, integrate multiple data sources, and present findings to executives. Hybrid role anchored in Eagan, MN (two days in office per week).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Build ETL pipelines and integrate multiple inbound/outbound data feeds
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and enterprise reports
Work with stakeholders across Network Management, Finance, Actuary and Underwriting
Present technical findings to non-technical audiences and executives
Hybrid role — 2 days per week in the Eagan, MN office

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Power BI reporting development
SQL Server and SSIS/SSRS experience
ETL and data stewardship for enterprise data sources
Presenting complex technical information to executives

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Enterprise Data Analyst: 3+ years; Senior: 5+ years of related experience
Proficiency building reports in Power BI (Tableau, Cognos experience helpful)
Experience with SQL Server and ETL tools (SSIS, SSRS) and relational databases
Demonstrated ability to design and interpret complex data sets
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
