JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Annuity Solutions business for U.S. annuities and retirement (PRT) at Hannover Re
- Drive new business strategy, client negotiations, and treaty structuring
- Oversee in-force profitability, quarterly financials, and experience studies
- Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary actuarial and pricing team
- Orlando-based executive role with up to ~25% travel and board-level presentations
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Reinsurance structuring and pricing experience
- U.S. annuities and pension risk transfer (PRT) experience
- Managing actuarial or data science teams
- Financial reporting and in-force profitability oversight
- Longevity and policyholder behavior experience studies
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years of insurance or reinsurance industry experience
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent senior credential
- Proven leadership managing actuaries or data scientists
- Deep understanding of reinsurance structures and annuity products
- Ability to present to boards, regulators, and rating agencies
