- Lead enterprise loyalty and behavioural science strategy within the Actuarial division
- Integrate behavioural assumptions into pricing, reserving and experience studies
- Drive ML-driven predictive modelling, GLMs and survival analysis for customer insights
- Commercialise actuarial solutions and influence C-suite, Board and regulators
- Executive role based in Parktown, North Carolina with 10–15 years insurance experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Progressive actuarial experience in insurance
- Leadership experience in actuarial teams

- Managing loyalty programmes in financial services
- Advanced statistical modelling and machine learning
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Actuary (Associate or Fellow) from a recognised actuarial body
- 10–15 years progressive insurance actuarial experience with 7+ years leadership
- Deep expertise in pricing, reserving, predictive modelling and experience studies
- Proven track record managing or rolling out loyalty programs in financial services
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning and data analytics
