Drive ML-driven predictive modelling, GLMs and survival analysis for customer insights
Commercialise actuarial solutions and influence C-suite, Board and regulators
Executive role based in Parktown, North Carolina with 10–15 years insurance experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Progressive actuarial experience in insurance
Leadership experience in actuarial teams
Pricing, reserving and experience studies
Managing loyalty programmes in financial services
Advanced statistical modelling and machine learning

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualified Actuary (Associate or Fellow) from a recognised actuarial body
10–15 years progressive insurance actuarial experience with 7+ years leadership
Deep expertise in pricing, reserving, predictive modelling and experience studies
Proven track record managing or rolling out loyalty programs in financial services
Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling, machine learning and data analytics
