JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Divisional CFO for Medicare Part D and Medicare Supplement finance
  • Oversee reserves, Part D IBNR, rebate reserves and Med Supp claim liabilities
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and capital allocation
  • Partner with actuarial, PBM, pharmacy and clinical teams on pricing and contracts
  • Hartford, CT based senior finance leadership role

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Medicare Part D and/or Medicare Supplement experience
  • CMS bid and attestation processes
  • Part D financial reconciliation and subsidy accounting
  • Medicare Supplement rate filing and profitability management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ years of finance/actuarial/operational leadership in health insurance or consulting
  • At least 2+ years experience in Medicare (Part D and/or Med Supp)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CMS bid/attestation and Part D financial reconciliation
  • Proven experience developing and leading a finance team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science or related field
