You will design and deliver experience studies, apply predictive models in R/Python, and present findings at SOA meetings. Hybrid role based in Chicago/O'Hare area, leading research projects and coordinating contributors and committees.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead design and delivery of actuarial experience studies across life, annuity, retirement, LTC, and health
Apply predictive modeling using R or Python and produce data visualizations in Tableau
Coordinate vendors, data contributors, legal, and SOA committees for research projects
Hybrid role based in Chicago/O'Hare area; preference for candidates within 100-mile radius
Requires ASA or FSA and a minimum of 8 years actuarial experience

working with large datasets and coordinating data contributors

KEY REQUIREMENTS

ASA or FSA designation required

Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or related field
Predictive modeling experience using R or Python; advanced Excel and Tableau familiarity
Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines independently
