JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Perform IBNR reserve analysis and stop-loss sensitivity for self-insured clients
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly claims and budget reporting
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, Power BI and VBA expected
  • Hybrid role based in Atlanta; ideal for candidates with 3+ years benefits experience

  • Group insurance marketplace and alternative funding methods

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of employee benefits experience with a broker/consultant or carrier

  • Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license within 90 days of hire
